We use Aluvision’s Hi LED tiles. These high-resolution LED tiles deliver a razor-sharp image even at very short viewing distances. In addition, the LED tiles can be fitted seamlessly into modular stand walls. For wooden stands, Aluvision profiles can be used in combination with a good assembly that is both constructively and technically safe and efficient. For standing LED walls, stability, a flat arrangement of the LED wall and the use of ballast are essential. Together with your planners, we can recommend the right materials to be used. For the construction of the LED Tiles, you can opt for an independent construction team or a collaboration with your stand construction team. Curved ledtiles, 2d corner and 3d corner ledtiles are also available in our rental stock.
Want to save construction time with Expo Rigging?
Stand design often involves the use of eye-catching and truss lighting.
Our team can calculate the rigging so that you never request more or more expensive lifting points than required.
We also have all the hardware for the realisation of the rigging: black truss (Sixty 82 TPM), motorised hoists ( Chainmaster D8+ Ultra), Reutlingers, etc.
For the realisation of the stand, we recommend only having lifting points provided through the house supplier.
During stand construction, our technician can determine, in consultation with your team leader, when the truss will be hoisted to the desired height, which promotes efficient stand construction.
Power supplies without hiccups
We also have all the hardware to realise the power points in the stand.
We often use cabling with Neutrik powercon and Powercon True connectors.
These connectors are much smaller than normal plugs AND lockable to provide a safe, reliable connection.
Feedthroughs through walls can be smaller, reducing damage to walls or panels.
For use with modular walls, we have our own compact, multifunctional distributors and distribution boxes that are easy to integrate into the modular system and comply with NEN requirements.
Distribution boxes are equipped with double-pole main switch, truss earth connector (HAN gnd) and phase controller.

Standard stand light or theatrical stand light?
We can advise you on your lighting design and have plenty of hardware in house to provide you with the right luminaires. Our lighting consultants are also experienced in determining the right spots for specific circumstances. Think about the right colour temperature of the lighting, desired brightness for demonstrations with measuring equipment, for instance.

Ideal if you want to quickly lay a raised floor on a flat surface to accommodate cabling underneath.

Power distribution with Neutrick powerconTrue connections
The most compact, lockable connector for electrical installations in stands. This connector is only 32 mm in diameter and fits through the connection holes of Aluvision modular frames. We also have extremely compact dividers that fit within an Aluvision frame.
